Blowing experience of in mold labeling bottle

In mold labeling can be divided into blow molding and injection mold labeling. Zhanhong company is one of the earlier manufacturers in blow molding mold labeling. The labeling product in the blow molding mold is a process that the printed composite label is sent to the bottle blowing mold cavity with special structure through special mechanical equipment, and the label is fused with the plastic bottle by using the extruded plastic temperature and the blown air pressure. its main advantages are:

1. It has excellent anti-counterfeiting effect. Compared with silk screen printing and out of mold labeling products, they will not drop ink, labels will not be warped, dropped or damaged, and they also have the functions of extrusion resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, mildew resistance, friction resistance, acid and alkali resistance, cooling and heat resistance, so that the labels are not easy to be damaged and stained under the special condition of 607300 tons

4. The price of in mold labeling products is not much different from that of self-adhesive and silk screen printing products. The use of in mold labeling can improve the efficiency without manual labeling, eliminating the production process of re labeling

the main causes of deformation and bubble phenomenon are as follows:

first, choosing the shrinkage ratio of label paper material plays a key role in the production process:

1. Because the shrinkage ratio of label paper material is less than that of PE material, the product will be affected and deformed

2. the shrinkage ratio of label paper and PP material is the same, so it has little effect on the shape of the product, but the adhesion is not strong, and the label paper material is hard and soft enough, which is easy to cause bubbles in the product

second: the mold design structure is unreasonable, which is easy to cause product shape changes, deformation, bulging and poor exhaust during the production process, resulting in bubbles in the labeling process

the heating part of bronzing is uneven, which is easy to produce bubbles. If the temperature during processing is low, the hot-melt adhesive will soon solidify with the molten plastic parison, and the volatile gas will not be smoothly eliminated and form bubbles

third: in mold label printing, bronzing, label handle viscosity is too large, and labels are not handled well in static electricity, there will be problems such as re labeling, dropping labels, missing labels, sticking askew, and dust in the in mold label production. This is the significance and value of discussion and debate

fourth: special shaped products are limited by factors such as the functional requirements of production equipment and mold design structure. Because of (5) pervaporation membrane products, it is difficult to label in mold. In order to ensure that the qualified products leave the factory, the ink printed on the label paper should be scraped first, not the whole label, and then it should be crushed and finally added to the inner layer of the bottle
